PRESIDENT Joe Biden’s frail frame, a nagging cough, and shuffling gait have triggered alarm bells among political insiders and average Americans who demand to know what’s wrong with him!

In an exhaustive investigation, The National ENQUIRER has penetrated the veil of secrecy surrounding the Oval Office to discover the shocking truth about the 78-year-old commander in chief!
