HARD-LIVING Lisa Marie Presley is battling serious health problems and may need a liver transplant, said sources.

Elvis Presley’s tragedy plagued daughter claims she has been sober in recent years, but insiders said her body is struggling to recover from years of alcohol and drug abuse and she’s still reeling from the suicide of her son Ben last year.

In exclusive pictures obtained by The National ENQUIRER, Lisa Marie, 53, looks sweaty and disheveled with weary eyes as she blows smoke through the window of a Maserati sports car while running errands in L.A.

A source close to the Presley heiress told The ENQUIRER her ex-husband Danny Keough has been “watching over her closely, but it’s up to Lisa Marie to turn things around. It’s my understanding Lisa Marie had a liver biopsy this past August.”
