Jersey she-devil busted for killing own innocent kids

MONSTER mom Yuhwei Chou bound her two tykes’ hands with zip ties, slapped duct tape over their mouths to silence their screams and brutally killed the helpless children in the backseat of her car, police charge.

A tow truck driver found 36-year-old Chou with her hands zip-tied to the steering wheel and her mouth taped — and her cargo of horror — in a gray Toyota Corolla in a New Jersey hunting area on Nov. 9.

While no motive was released, heartless Chou plotted the cruel deaths of daughter Samantha, 7, and her 11-month-old brother, Paul, “for approximately a week,” say police.
