Mahindra First Choice, a leading brand in the used-car industry in India, aims to increase its market share by 10 per cent in the next four years, as stated by Ashutosh Pandey, CEO, Mahindra First Choice.
The used-car industry is on a steady rise, posting a 12% rise during 2019 with sales of 4.2 million units. The market has evolved from a C2C format to organised players, both online and offline. Mahindra First Choice (MFC) is a multi-brand used-car retailer having a vast network of 1,000+ outlets in 450+ cities pan-India. Excerpts from interview:
