Video is the New Audio

In a post-pandemic world littered with Zooms, MS Teams, and Google Meets, it is hard to imagine running a business without a video communications tool.

As internet speeds improved, we saw mainstream and wide-scale adoption of video communication through Whatsapp, Skype, Facetime, et al.

This is where Pankaj Gupta, the founder and CEO of EnableX, intends to step in and take it up a notch. With his communication platform as a service (CPaaS) company Enablex, he visualizes a world where everyone can use video to communicate inside any application and every website without needing an external solution or an app.

Add Al and ML to the mix, and we have a different ball game altogether. Using face detection, emotion recognition, and sentiment analysis in Enablex, Pankaj says that HRs can predict if a candidate is confident enough and financial institutions can predict if a user is a scamster. He even says that e-commerce retailers can show you automatic recommendations just by reading your frowns or smiles when you see a product they sell.

"We are basically like LEGOs. If you have the props, you can use your imagination to create what you want to create with Enablex," says Pankaj.
