The seventh edition of Hotel Tech Kerala, the premier expo of equipment needed for the hospitality industry, was held at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Kochi from September 22 to 24.
This edition of the expo gave a unique opportunity for the hospitality sector in Kerala to identify suppliers. The show also provided a platform for interaction between national and local-level manufacturers of equipment and hoteliers, restaurateurs and resort owners from all over Kerala. The sixth edition of Kerala Culinary Challenge (KCC) 2017, which was also held concurrently at the same venue, saw some healthy culinary competition between chefs from hotels across Kerala.
