Come To Light

Every space has its own unique lighting need. In commercial sites, lighting not only fulfils the basic need of illumination but also stimulates the psychology and gusto of its employees. Lighting design should be such that it boosts the well-being and productivity of the users, and is also able to perform rudimentary functions effectively without straining.

Office lighting is not only about calculations and luminosity. While designing commercial spaces, there is a need to balance the three types of lighting requirements- ambient lighting, task lighting and accent lighting. A little effort towards putting the least impact on the immediate physical environment creates a sustainable design. A sensible day lighting design can be devised through proper placement of windows, skylights, light shelves, atriums, etc. For integrating and controlling daylight in the interior space, some of the most helpful tools are shading devices, glazing materials, reflective surfaces, etc. Layered lighting makes use of the services in a flexible manner. Employing efficacious and efficient luminaries cater to improvised sustainability.
