An apartment in Beijing’s Lively Sanlitun is conceptualised by Cheng Chung design to evoke the roman spirit of Italian high Fashion brand Fendi.
In Beijing’s fashionable shopping, dining and nightlife area of Sanlitun, Beijing Tongying Real Estate Development recently completed One Sanlitun, an exclusive luxury serviced apartment tower with interiors styled according to the signature aesthetics of fashion brands such as Armani, Chanel, Hermès and Bottega Veneta.
On the top floor is a 550m2, Fendi-inspired residence created by Hong Kong interior design firm Cheng Chung Design (CCD).
To maximise views, CCD included floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the public areas and bedrooms to capture 270-degree views of the trendy commercial area.

“The layout is as open and wide as possible, and there are no solid walls separating the dining room, living room and kitchen,” says Joe Cheng, founder of CCD.
“We also created a 6.2m-high, double volume foyer, which extends upwards to the second-level bedroom.
“The floor plan was derived from our insights on the living habits of elite individuals and groups, and the goal of creating a home that fits with their lifestyle.”
