KZN Agriculture Staps In To Help Drought-Stricken EC Farmers

Farmers, agribusinesses and even private citizens in KwaZulu-Natal have rallied to provide emergency livestock feed desperately needed by Eastern Cape farmers affected by drought and wildfires.
Estimates are that some 6 000 bales of various types of fodder donated by KZN’s farming sector and its supporters are destined for the Eastern Cape farmers who need them.
Agri Eastern Cape president, Douglas Stern, recently completed a 3 000km roundtrip to personally thank KZN farmers and other donors for their ongoing material and financial support.
