The Chatsworth Tabloid was first introduced in 1997 and despite strong opposition has managed to retain a fair market share in the Chatsworth community.

Its 81% penetration of the market (Roots 2010) proves that this title has the right recipe for success. Chatsworth Tabloid is a free newspaper distributed weekly on Wednesdays to 52 500 homes and businesses. Tabloid Newspapers is Kwazulu-Natal’s largest independently owned group of community newspaper publications. With over 25 years in publishing, and 14 publications, Tabloid Newspapers has certainly become a household name in the Kwazulu-Natal community.
