May/June 2016 - This issue's special section on weather includes a story from a live aboard voyager and former research engineer who describes tracking cyclones in South Pacific in conjunction with finding suitable cyclone holes for avoiding these storms should they make landfall. We also have an excerpt on tropical revolving storms from noted marine author and voyager Tom Cunliffe's new book, The Complete Ocean Skipper, that discusses the anatomy and movement of these storms and how voyaging boats at sea can take the safest route should they get caught in one.
