Southeast Asia (SEA) is booming. Collectively, the 11 nations make up the seventh largest economy in the world, with an annual gross domestic product of US$2.4 trillion. This is expected to almost double to US$4.7 trillion by 2020. By 2050, the regional bloc will become the fourth largest economy in the world.
These figures compelled us to make the region the focus of our Annual this year. In addition to doing the obvious of identifying the architects and designers from SEA that should be on our radar, we have also put together a story on the opportunities available so you can leverage them.

For instance, mega mixed-use commercial projects are dominating the Thai capital with their innovative designs.
