Our issue this month is devoted to Our Lady of Fatima on the centenary of her apparitions to three little children. Two of them were proclaimed saints by Pope Francis on May 13 during a mass celebrated in the Marian shrine. The Virgin Mary’s message to the children shepherds during her apparitions in 1917 was an appeal to pray for peace. Millions of people flock to Fatima in search of God guided by the Mother’s care and love. At her feet, devotees and pilgrims lay their sorrows and concerns assured that, in one way or an-other, she will be a consoling refuge.
