Typically, the focus of the month of love trains its eye to one that is paired-up, googly-eyed and romantic. But in the progression of our lives, we have understood that before we can fully commit to a rose-colored love, we first have to grasp our self-worth. Self-love gets thrown around a lot as a social buzzword, but only recently have we truly gotten its scope. With this in mind, we sought to explore the different facets of self-love in the pages of the magazine we produced with so much care.
No stranger to transformations, Alex Gonzaga has gone through and successfully persisted through challenges that not only tested her mettle in the industry, but most importantly, firming up her ability to adapt to changes and spring from it much, much stronger than even she thought it possible. Withstanding what is perhaps the greatest hurdle of her career, she shifts a focus to where the future is headed, adding vlogger and digital personality to her multiple hyphenates. A true testament of self-love in its most essential form, she has inadvertently taught us that life is truly what we make of it.
