Enlighten Your Life Through Selfless Service...(Gujarati)
Gnani Purush Dadashri says, “If you want happiness open the business of happiness and you should be honest and have an obliging nature. In addition, render the service to others without kashayas: anger-pride-deceit-greed, and without any expectation.” And you don’t have to stop right there. By practicing relative religion (service to the world), one has to come in real religion (service to the Self). One must not miss the goal of attaining the Self. After attaining Atmagnan—Self-realization, one should not miss the goal of doing service to the Self by doing service to the community. The one who serves the Self does not hurt anyone. Even when others hurt him he will not wish them ill. Since one thinks about happiness of others only, karuna—compassion, begins and that karuna gradually increases, and finally places him in the state of A Gnani—the enlightened One.
