The rainbow-foiled Kyoorius 28, the last issue for year 2015, is out! And it
makes the year end all happy and shiny!

When that newspaper that you gorge on every morning, reaches your doorstep,
it goes through a lot: not just being passed through multiple hands of
deliverers, but also through print, design and editorial teams. In Area, we
look at the basics of Newspaper Design in India, from the eyes of Andy
Naorem, Aurobind Patel and Dr. Mario Garcia. - See more at:

We also put together a feature on some Wedding Invitation Designers gearing
up for the wedding shenanigans that are going to hit us as soon as 2016
does.
From the Delhi Photo Festival 2015, an initiative of the Nazar Foundation,
we travel back to the workshop of Pritesh Shah in Mumbai, whose laser
cutting workshop Aptech has made some intricate designs come to life; and
then fly on to Pepper House in Fort Kochi, conceived as a platform to
promote and display Art.

If you happen to be in Bandra lately, we warrant a visit to the Brooke Bond
Taj Mahal Tea House. What makes Taj Mahal one of India's favourite teas? -
We find out in Origins. Michael Wolff shares with us 6 books that have
influenced and delighted him while Laura Jordan Bambach, one of the
moderators at the recent most Designyatra, tells why India inspires,
enthuses and rejuvenates her, and shares the dream of a modern Indian
graphic design.
