Highlights of Auto Today dated January 2020 issue: The automotive scene is gearing up for a flurry of new launches this month including Tata’s premium hatchback, Altroz which dominates the cover of the January issue of Auto Today as we get behind the wheel of this hotly anticipated car. Another big launch coming up is that of the Hyundai Aura and our top story gives you a taste of what you can expect from the compact sedan gunning for the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Honda Amaze. India’s electric future is slowly taking shape as we drive another upcoming EV in the form of the MG ZS. Other notable mentions from our First Drive section include the Audi Q8, another SUV set to launch in January, along with the refreshed Mercedes-Benz GLC. The Renault Triber and the Datsun GO+ go head-to-head for the sub-4m MPV crown. Team Auto Today heads to the Northern extreme of Europe in a Hyundai Kona Electric and drives across Europe to set a world record for the shortest time taken to cross Europe in an EV and this issue features the full account of how it all unfolded.
