This issue of FSAI focuses on measures to be taken in glass facade structures to avoid fire accidents. Some brilliant insights by Nikhil ParasuRaman and an informative article by Abhishek Chhabra, who discusses very aptly, the fire safe cladding system and control mechanisms for buildings. Interaction with Ashok Menon puts into light the commendable measures Fire & Emergency Services & Disaster Management have been taking up on a routine basis, especially during conditions of crisis. FSAI initiated the webinar series where experts discuss various viewpoints with regard to situations and solutions, essentially to cope with COVID-19. A few articles have been picked from the concurrent webinar sessions that occurred recently. FSAI, along with other organizations, initiated a one of its kind booklet on guidelines to be followed across various industries to combat the Coronavirus fear and alter our way of living. A short and concise report of the same is included in this issue. All in all, yet another issue of the journal that will keep you well-informed, updated and a readers’ delight in the true sense of the word.
