We believe that in all its diverse forms, eating brings people closer together across cultures and cuisines. With this issue, our “list” dives deep into how one can elevate what’s on their plate and eat more mindfully with guidance from 11 experts across various fields. The issue also includes a photo narrative by Ulf Svane, award-winning travel and food photographer, who delved into documenting eating practices across the globe.
Issue 006 is an attempt to explore how food translates into emotion, becomes a way to extend a helping hand and manifests into the spaces it occupies.
