Welcome to our July issue!
As I write this, summer feels like it’s finally here – hooray for that! Nothing much tops the feeling of the sun on your face... well maybe a really good home buy. And luckily for you this issue is packed with them. From 14 Instagram shops we’re spending all our salaries on (see page 78 if you dare), to our pick of the latest high street drops on page 6, there are so many things we need right now. Elsewhere in this issue our real homes are inspiring all kinds of revamps. Darren’s colourful Victorian terrace on page 28 has us reaching for the paint pots – that yellow fireplace is simply dreamy and just says summer! Our cover star Carly’s maisonette is also one for fans of a bold shade. See her creative pad over on p16. Stairs are one of those functional parts of the home, but they don’t have to be boring. On page 98 we show you eight exciting ways you can make a feature of them, from mosaic tiles to wallpapered risers.
