As Cornwall blooms and the long, dark days are a season of the past, this issue of myCornwall is inspired by change. There are always people in Cornwall doing extraordinary things, with stories that need to be told, and this issue we have done just that. From a modern pasty maker who is setting the bar for making Cornwall's national dish both sustainably and locally, to a group of open ocean swimmers that prove age really is just a number. We discover why Wadebridge is more than just a gateway into beautiful North Cornwall and we also look at the stunning new exhibition at Falmouth Gallery that is giving a voice to todays significant female artists who are carrying on the legacy of Cornwall's art reputation set by their predecessors. We've met with artists who scale the cliffs, gallery owners who break the mould and jewellers that make something beaten and rustic look flawless and elegant. It's an edition full of colour, things to do, places to eat and adventures to be had but mostly it's a showcase of the people who make Cornwall what it is today and who are ultimately making it a better place for future generations.
