The Pioneer Woman shed 55 lbs with no-Rx hacks that melt fat up to 400% faster

We've always been big fans of Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond. And as she continues to share details of the health journey that helped her shed 55 pounds, we love her even more. So do top experts. "I think Ree is an incredible role model for women over 50," says Tufts-trained nutrition specialist Melina Jampolis, M.D. Here, Dr. Jampolis helps us unpack some of Ree's best secrets-including one proven to help healthy eaters slim down 400% faster!
For those unfamiliar with Ree, she's 56 and lives on a massive Oklahoma ranch with her husband, Ladd, her beloved dogs and thousands of cattle and wild horses.
The Pioneer Woman.com is her blog; there, she's shared that most of her days are spent "living on the ranch, filming my cooking show, working on cookbooks and my product line, and being a wife and slightly weird mom." Her daughter Alex's wedding inspired her shape-up efforts.
Initially, Ree had no clue what to do to lose weight. "I only knew I needed to start," she confessed.
Did Ree end up taking Ozempic or similar meds? She recently answered the question with her signature warmth and honesty. "I know the medications have been an absolute godsend for many people," she posted. "For me, the boring truth is that when I set out to lose weight in January of 2021, I'd never heard of that class of drugs." She might have tried 'em if she had. "You'll never hear a second of judgment from me about people who choose that direction!" As for the direction she did take...
