Practice ‘bee breaths’

This uses a humming sound to generate an echo in your ears, which creates a vibration that retrains the brain to hear better. It can sharpen hearing in the same way as ultrasound therapy, which improves hearing in 40% of people. To do: Use your thumbs to fold your ears closed and your fingers to cover your eyes (to shut out distractions). With your mouth closed, inhale deeply through your nose, then exhale through your nose while making a humming sound. Repeat for 5 minutes daily.
