Why do we need to have Gender in any application form? When you are called for an interview, the parameter to judge should be qualification and experience—not Gender. Correct? When you are applying for college admission, what is required is your last score—not Gender. Correct?

We need to first stop saying, “I want to be the best daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, wife, or mother!” Instead, focus on being the best human—automatically, you will be the best person.

Work-Home Balance: The current meaning of work-home balance revolves around moving from the office to the kitchen platform. This needs to be redefined. It should mean Work-Leisure Balance: spending time for yourself, indulging in reading, enjoying weekends with friends, or watching movies.

Education: Education does not mean forgetting our culture. Your education should serve as your backbone, helping you differentiate between good and bad.
