Throughout her career, Julia Roberts hasn’t exactly created herself a wide network of A-list friends, with many insiders in Tinseltown admitting she can be “quite tricky” to work with.

One person who seems not to have received that memo is her long-time best mate and acting royalty George Clooney!

The pair, who first bonded in 2001 on the set of Ocean’s Eleven, are this week celebrating their friendship turning 21 in their new movie, Ticket To Paradise – their sixth time sharing a big screen!

Speaking to Woman’s Day, industry sleuths reveal that George absolutely “adores” the actress who he has “electric chemistry with”.

And while rumours have swirled that the pair are closer than just friends, especially given the mystery around their first meeting in a hotel room in Chateau Marmont 22 years ago, they’ve always denied they’re anything but flirty best friends.
