Disgraced ITV star Phillip Schofield is said to be back on 'good terms' with his wife Steph after leaving her 'very angry' following his affair with a younger male colleague.

The couple's relationship was left fractured following Phil's scandal, with the former This Morning presenter admitting, '[it's] not brilliant right now' during an interview with the BBC in June. At the time, Phil, who described the affair as 'unwise but not illegal' said, 'Let's just say it was an incredibly difficult conversation. The most difficult conversation I've ever had to have with her, and she is extremely disappointed because I lied to her as well.'
