EAT FIRST

It's tempting to reach for highly saturated crisps, chocolate or fatty takeaways during or after a night out when you've been drinking. To lower temptation and to slow down alcohol entering your system, eat properly before you go out. Opt for protein, such as meat, fish, eggs and dairy, as this will keep you fuller for longer, helping to curb those alcohol-fuelled cravings.
