ARE WE BRITAIN'S STRONGEST FAMILY?

Opening the fridge, I gathered the ingredients to start cooking breakfast. As a mum of six, there was no denying we got through a lot of food in our house, but as I cracked eight eggs into the blender and boiled another eight for later, I laughed to myself. Cooking seven meals a day, we went through more than 200 eggs a week and at least 7kg of chicken or fish, and although it might sound a bit much, with a family of bodybuilders I had a lot of hungry mouths to feed. As well as my bodybuilding champion husband Kyle, 37, my daughter Talia, 20, and son Ethan, 17, also have prizewinning bodies, and I have no doubt my younger children will soon be following suit.

While some people might be shocked that I encourage my children to have defined abs and biceps – thanks to a rigorous training routine and diet – I’m proud of the hard work they put in. Talia’s toned physique catches everyone’s eye, as her thighs, bum, tum and arms are so well-defined for a woman of her age. She can lift 20kg and looks phenomenal in a bikini.

imageAnd people are shocked to learn how young Ethan is, especially after seeing him flex his bulging bronzed muscles and six-pack on stage. He is stronger than most adult males, deadlifting 180kg six times a week, yet he’s set to get even bigger. With three generations of bodybuilders in the family, we might just be Britain’s strongest family, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

When Kyle and I first moved in together, in February 2017, I was already a mum to Talia, then 11, Blake, nine, Ethan, eight, Decan, six, and Corbi, four. I’d always been into health and fitness, going to the gym three times a week, and Kyle was the same.
