Super Lyan

The cutting-edge cocktail bar created by Mr Lyan (aka Ryan Chetiyawardana), is celebrating the city’s milestone with eight cocktails based on chapters of Amsterdam's history - from The Great Fire in 1452 to the dawn of computer science in the 1980s. Even the pigeons that swarm Dam Square are recognised in the Pigeon Fizz cocktail, which pays tribute to the building of the famous square in 1250.
