We reviewed the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 series in the Thunder Gray unit. It is a good value-for-money package that delivers consistent audio quality for both music and calls. We really liked the in-ear placement and comfort for all-day use.

The battery life without ANC is 8 hours plus, which is good for full-day use, but with ANC, the battery life drops by at least 25%. OnePlus has made some noticeable improvements in the second version of Nord Buds 2, especially on the ANC front. It would be unfair to expect high-quality sound for music or spatial audio levels from an entry-level pair of headphones. We also enjoyed the customizable touch gestures on the latest version, which are especially useful when one is out and about.
