Screenless wearables might be having a moment, but they're not all the same. Instead of chasing athlete-level metrics, the Hume Band wants you to live longer while not necessarily being obsessed with the gym.

It digs into metabolic capacity, overnight temperature trends and respiratory shifts to show where your health is heading, giving a 'metabolic momentum' score that's a bit wishy-washy. It takes some getting used to compared to Whoop's crystal-clear model.
