The headline feature, of course, is the 1.5-inch colour touchscreen on the front of the case. It looks cool and will definitely earn glances on the metro, but it’s more form than function. Using it to switch tracks, ANC modes, or adjust volume defeats the point of “leaving your phone in your pocket”. But it does offer Auraast as a deal sweetener.

Feature-wise, JBL didn't hold back: Bluetooth 5.3, LDAC, head-tracked spatial audio, Personi-Fi 2.0, and even a clever case-based transmitter. Battery life is solid, offering 8+24 hours, with fast and wireless charging.
