Even Asus has to admit it: now that all-rounder flagships are packing silly amounts of power and bigger batteries than ever, there are fewer reasons to spend big bucks on a dedicated gaming phone. The ROG Phone 9 Pro is the firm's attempt to meet in the middle, with looks that are more business casual than geek chic.

That's not to say it's a total square, though: there are 648 mini-LEDs stuffed into that frosted glass rear panel, which can do anything from displaying the time to playing simple spins on arcade classics like Snake and Breakout.
