Presumably the name Tom Clancy's Syndicate was already taken, as Rogue Point takes the Rainbow Six template and fills it with mercenary goons working for rival corporations. They're not cybernetically enhanced – at least not in the demo build – as Rogue Point takes a more realistic approach to its corpo-combat.
