Yorkshire's top four chances hit by home defeat

Yorkshire women were put in a spin by Glamorgan as they lost Saturday's Metro Bank One-Day Cup clash by four wickets at Weetwood having been bowled out for 172 batting first.

A much-changed side lost their third match in six games to threaten their chances of a top-four finish, with eight wickets falling to spin on a pitch which turned significantly.

Yorkshire, having elected to bat, did well to recover from 87-6 in the 21st over and then 111-8 after 28, with all-rounder Ria Fackrell confidently marshalling the tail and finishing 36 not out off 48 balls with four boundaries.
