Charlie Johnston's charge is a Wootton Bassett half-brother to Group One-winning juvenile and stallion star Sioux Nation, and he certainly shaped with promise on his racecourse bow when beaten six lengths in third at Pontefract in August.

The form of that run took on a pleasing look when the winner, Powerful Glory, went on to land the Mill Reef but Dash Dizzy was handed a much easier task in winning a Kempton novice in September.
