However, they now have the side immediately above them, Millom, in their sights following a 42-18 win when the sides met at Kirkstall last weekend.

It was their second successive victory and left Milford just two points behind the Cumbrians.

Two tries from Callum Platts and the first of Lee Cawood's five goals gave Milford an early 10-0 lead, but Millom got back into the game after the hosts’ Kiernan Tierney was sin-binned on 25 minutes for a late challenge.
