Have your say on 'making Leeds the best city possible'

People and businesses in Leeds are being asked to have their say on the future of development and land use in the district as Leeds City Council launches a consultation to update its Local Plan.

The Leeds Local Plan is a legal framework to set out the council's vision and strategy for sustainable growth up to 2042.

It guides how land is used and developed across the district and influences planning decisions to ensure any developments meet the needs of the community and the environment. By having this long-term plan, the council can better manage where new homes, businesses and services are built.
