Experts emphasize on addressing challenges to elevate Ayurveda on the global stage

In a significant step towards bridging traditional knowledge with contemporary healthcare, Shri Dhanwantry Ayurveda College & Hospital kicks off two day long National Symposium - Samvaya 2025 in collaboration with Central Council for Research in Ayurveda Sciences (CCRAS) at its campus in Sector 46 on Monday.

The event brought together leading Ayurveda experts, practitioners, researchers and academicians who engaged in a spirited deliberation on the future of Ayurveda in India’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
The first session of the day was presided by Ajay Chagti (IAS), Secretary, Health, UT Administration in the presence of Dr Naresh Mittal, General Secretary, Shri Dhanwantry Educational Society and Dr Sumit Srivastava, College Principal. Chagti emphasized the importance of integrating Ayurveda with modem medical systems to offer holistic and preventive care. In his address, he said, “Ayurveda has its rich legacy and time-tested principles which holds immense potential. However, it must adapt and innovate to meet today’s clinical demands and scientific rigor.”
