Exmouth crash at semi-final stage
Western Morning News
|May 02, 2025
EXMOUTH town saw their hopes of promotion to the Southern League Premier Division blown away in a second half goal blitz from Evesham United on Wednesday night.
Kevin Hill's side were leading the Division One South runners-up 1-0 at the interval thanks to a stunning long-range strike from Ben Griffin, right on the stroke of half-time.
However, two goals in as many minutes from Levi Steele and Lewis Middleton turned the game on its head and Andre Wright's strike 13 minutes from time effectively sealed the contest.
