Welsh seaside hotspot among the UK's top commuter towns

A SOUTH Wales seaside town has been named as one of the top commuter towns in the UK.
Mortgage lenders Pepper Money has compiled a list of this year's best commuter towns and Penarth has made it into the top 10.
Just a few miles away from Cardiff, Penarth is the only Welsh town to feature in the list with a score of 317 out of 469.
Rotherham, close to the city of Sheffield, has topped the list with an overall score of 358.
