Trefelin maintain push for promotion

TREFELIN may be playing catch-up with the other title contenders at the top of JD Cymru South after a number of postponed fixtures, but they are right on track to bid for promotion.

Having won their Boxing Day match 3-0 against fellow contenders Caerau Ely, they will be back in action tonight when they head to Afan Lido.
That is one of three games they have in hand over league leaders Cambrian United. If they win them all, they could be one point ahead at the top of the table.
January is going to be a big month for the Port Talbot-based club with two massive matches against teams around them after the local derby with Lido.
They head to third-placed Ammanford on January 23 and then host table-topping Cambrian a week later.
