Prestigious hotel on the market drops price by £1m

A PRESTIGIOUS Welsh hotel that hit the market with a price tag of £7.5m in 2024 has now had its price dropped to a guide price of £6.5m.

The Lake Vyrnwy Hotel and Spa, in the Llanwddyn area of Powys, offers a new owner 52 bedrooms and extensive function and spa facilities in an exceptional location, with the potential to develop the business further.
Over the years the business has carved out a reputation as one of Wales’ most distinguished hotels, with a four-star grading from both the AA and Visit Wales, along with two AA Rosettes for its Tower Restaurant, offering breathtaking views across the lake and mountains towards Coed y Brenin Forest Park and Eryri Snowdonia National Park.
