Power play ahead of Senedd election

Western Mail

NIGEL FARAGE has done it again.

He promised an “exciting” announcement, and he delivered because it wasn’t the name that had been circulating that morning, but someone totally different.

In next May’s Senedd election, Reform UK is now regularly being projected to take seats, and could even be the largest party. The new system makes it incredibly hard for any party to form a majority, but the party with the most seats will be in a position of power.

Nigel Farage admitted yesterday they needed someone who understood the Senedd and this is an MS in her third term - albeit one of those wasn’t a full one.
