Exiles without a win in six after a stalemate at Dons

NEWPORT County extended their winless run to six matches with an uneventful stalemate on the road against fellow strugglers MK Dons.

Having ended last season with eight successive defeats, County are again limping over the line in League Two with just two draws and four defeats in the last six games.
Nelson Jardim's men have three matches remaining to better last season's 18th-place finish under previous manager Graham Coughlin, starting with Monday's home clash with promotion hopefuls Walsall (kick-off 12.30pm).
This point their first away from home since winning at Crewe Alexandra in February 8 - keeps the Exiles in 18th, one point and one place above the Dons.
