Whittle extends Huish Park stay
Western Gazette
|June 26, 2025
YEOVIL Town have confirmed that Alex Whittle has signed a contract extension with the club.
The defender has penned a new one-year deal, with the option of a further year at Huish Park.
Since arriving at the club, Whittle has been a dependable and consistent performer in manager Mark Cooper's side, offering defensive solidity and attacking drive from the left flank.
His experience, professionalism and versatility have made him a key figure both on and off the pitch.
Whittle's new deal sees him remain part of the Glovers' plans for the 2025/26 season as the club looks to build on last season's first campaign back in the National League.
