Goodman is ruled out for rest of 2025

GLOUCESTERSHIRE seam bowler Dom Goodman is to miss the rest of the 2025 season with a back injury, one of five county bowlers currently on the treatment table.
Goodman, pictured, has played one County Championship game this season, taking five for 54 and four for 33 in the narrow defeat by Leicestershire. However, after that game it was discovered that he has sustained a lower back injury requiring a prolonged rest and rehabilitation period.
The 24-year-old will not be available for the rest of the season as he completes his recovery and return-to-bowling plan.
