Appeal for drivers as woman dies

AN elderly woman believed to have been hit by several vehicles has died.

The pedestrian, in her 80s, was involved a fatal collision on the A361 Caen Hill, near Mayenne Place in Devizes, Wiltshire, at 6.13pm on Friday. Police said the woman was declared deceased at the scene and her next of kin have been informed.
