Toronto Star
|February 15, 2024
Many Scarborough transit users will face even more changes to their daily commute starting next week.
At Kennedy Station, one of the area's main transit hubs, the north side of Platform A will be shut down from this Sunday until at least 2027. This is a result of work being done for Metrolinx's Scarborough subway extension.
Most of the bus routes will move to Platform B, which is outside the station, while Wheel-Trans routes for riders with disabilities will move to the south side of Platform A.
Bus routes 20 Cliffside, 113 Danforth, 21 Brimley, 43B Kennedy, 43AC Kennedy, 943 Kennedy Express, 57 Midland, as well as the 343 Kennedy, 334 Eglinton East (Westbound), 300 Bloor-Danforth, 334 Eglinton East (Eastbound) Blue Night routes will move to Platform B.
