The Ambush on the National Guard

The ambush of two West Virginia National Guard members near the White House Wednesday afternoon is horrifying on its own.

But it arouses a particular anger because the alleged shooter is an Afghan man who was granted refuge in the U.S. after the Taliban takeover in 2021.
